By a decree delivered by the Court of Magistrates (Gozo), Superior Jurisdiction, General Section, on the 28th of November 2017 in judicial sale number 4/2017 in re. “Paul Azzopardi et vs George Zammit”, Monday 15th of January 2018 at 11.00am has been scheduled for the SALE BY AUCTION, to be held at the Gozo Court’s edifice in Cathedral Square, Victoria, Gozo, of the following property:

1. Undivided half of the apartment number three (3) forming part of a block known as “Phoenix Flats” in Punici Street, Xlendi limits of Munxar, Gozo, bounded South East with Punici Street, Sout West with property of Qsajjem Limited and North East with property of Joseph Vella, valued at €33,000.


This property pertain to George Zammit, disoccupied, son of the late Joseph Zammit and Agatha née Gatt, born in Victoria, Gozo on the 9th of July 1954 and lives in Xewkija Gozo. The said property will be sold as described in the report sworn to by AIC Donatella Ciappara on the 18th of July, 2017.

By a decree given by the First Hall Civil Court on the 26th of October, 2017 in the records of the Sworn Application in the names Paul Sant (ID 504856M) vs. Stephen Muscat (ID 0022771M), Sworn Application number 718/2017 AF, the following publication was ordered for the purpose of service of Stephen Muscat (ID 0022771M) in terms of Article 187(3) et sequitur of Chap. 12 of the Laws of Malta.
