Hepatitis A Vaccine
 
A formaldehyde-inactivated vaccine prepared from the HM 175 strain or HM 199 strain of hepatitis A virus grown on human diploid cells. Each dose of 1ml should contain 1440 ELISA units of viral antigens.  The vaccine should be in single dose vials for IM use.
 
Tenderers are to submit quotations for single dose preparations.
 
Requests to participate are to be submitted by email only to (cpsa-procurement.mfh@gov.mt)  whilst clearly listing the follow as subject to the email submitted, “RFP 200/2014 Hepatitis A Vaccine” by not later than Friday, 21st February, 2014 by 10.00 a.m.  and shall, at least, include the following information:

MA/AA/PI/EU, Registration Number, as issued by the competent regulatory authority. For products that are currently not registered but an application for registration with the local Medicines Authority has been filed, a copy of the receipt of application issued by Medicines Authority is to be submitted.
 
Late submissions shall not be considered.

1. Supply and install 12 tourist maps along the promenade and other places in the locality of San Pawl il-Baħar for free.
 
2. These tourist maps have to be lit by photovoltaic panels.
 
3. The installation and maintenance of these maps is for a period of five years, and all maintenance is to be carried out by the contractor.
 
Advertising Boards (1000m x 500mm)
 
1. Removing and installation of Advertising Boards in the locality of San Pawl il-Baħar.
 
2. The contractor is to provide, install and maintain the Advertising Boards for the duration of five years.
 
3. The contractor can sell the advertising space on the Advertising Boards on behalf of the Council, according to the Bye Law KLBL 55/1/98.
 
4. The Advertising Boards are to be fixed in place upon approval by the Council.
 
5. The Council bids the contractor to maintain, clean and re-install broken or vandalised Advertising Boards at the contractor’s expense.
 
6. The contractor needs to have all the necessary permits as required by MEPA and Transport Malta.
