The Ħaż-Żabbar Local Council invites private contractors (ie firms, companies, and/or individuals) to express their interest to remove derelict vehicles from the locality of Ħaż- Żabbar in accordance with Regulation 8 (A) of the Clamping and Removal of Motor Vehicles and Encumbering Objects Regulations (S.L.65.13).
 
Interested parties must be in possession of all the necessary permits from the Malta Environment and Planning Authority (MEPA), and/or any other competent authorities to remove the derelict vehicles on the order of the Council, and should be prepared to remove the derelict vehicles at his /their own expense and responsibility.
