The following are the envisaged detailed specifications.

9. Timeframes – Service will be requested during February - March. Full service should be completed within two weeks upon confirmation of order.

This procedure is intended to be repeated every month.
 
Foreign agencies which are interested in purchasing any of the items in the list, must provide relevant authorisations from their country’s Competent Authorities and from the local Authority (MEPA) for the handling of the specific waste streams. In any case, transport of waste must be carried out by a registered waste carrier and export of waste must be done according to the Trans Frontier Shipment of Waste Regulations.
 
Before any loading of positive fractions, full payment by the bidder shall be effected in favour of the Company. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, the Company may, at its sole discretion grant credit arrangements, to be determined by the Company. In case of negative fractions, a credit period of 120 days shall apply.
 
Closing date shall be Friday, 28th February, 2014 at noon. Purchase order forms are to be deposited in the Tender Box at the WasteServ Malta Ltd, in a sealed envelope and addressed as “Sales of Recyclables”. The Operations Director (AWAS) within the Ministry for Home Affairs and National Security notifies that sealed quotation documents, marked “Re-issue of call for quotations for the removal of asbestos containing corrugated sheeting from the terrace area at the Dar is-Sliem Open Centre Sant Venera”, will be received in the closed box of the Agency for the Welfare of Asylum Seekers (AWAS), situated in the reception area, Block C, Belt is-Sebħ, Floriana, by noon of Tuesday, 25th February, 2014.
 
Quot. No. AW/27/2014. Re-issue of call for quotations for the removal of asbestos containing corrugated sheeting from the terrace area at the Dar is-Sliem Open Centre Santa Venera.
