The Commissioner of Land notifies that:

In any case, transport of waste must be carried out by a registered waste carrier and export of waste must be done according to the Trans Frontier Shipment of Waste Regulations.

Before any loading of positive fractions, full payment by the bidder in accordance to quantity being loaded shall be effected in favour of the Company. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, the Company may, at its sole discretion grant credit arrangements, to be determined by the Company. In case of negative fractions, a credit period of 120 days shall apply.

The Chief Executive Officer notifies that:

Sealed quotations will be received at the Management Efficiency Unit, OPM, Triq l-Industrija, Ħal Qormi, QRM 3000, until noon of Monday, 4th May, 2015, for:

Quot. No. OPM/MEU/01/2015.  Hiring of a venue to hold a Day Conference for Public Sector Officials

Quot. No. OPM/MEU/02/2015. Speakers for a Day Conference in CAF (Common Assessment Framework) for Public Sector Officials

The relevant document may be obtained by  sending an e-mail request to: (caf.opm@gov.mt).  Clarifications may be sought by sending an email request to (caf.opm@gov.mt) by not later than 10.00 a.m. of Friday, 24th April, 2015.

The Management Efficiency Unit reserves the right to refuse in part or in whole any or all of the quotations submitted, including the most advantageous.

Late submissions will not be considered.
