1. Valletta Summit on Migration which was held in Malta between the 11th and 12th November 2015.
 
2. Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) which was held in Malta between the 27th and 29th November, 2015.
 
Interested audit companies should specify the time required for both assignments to be completed, from the date of order (to start the audit) until the reports are presented. The submission date for the audit of both events should not be later than noon Friday, 18th March, 2016.
 
The offer should include:
 
1. The total value, including VAT, of the whole exercise.
 
2. A company profile and previous experience.
 
3. The staff that will be responsible for this exercise and qualifications.
 
4. The percentage of payments and receipts to be audited.
 
Bidders shall submit an offer for both assignments. Offers for just one audit shall be rejected.
 
The Directorate reserves the right to refuse in part or in whole any or all of the offers submitted, including the most advantageous.
