This procedure is intended to be repeated every month.

Foreign agencies which are interested in purchasing any of the items in the list, must provide relevant authorisations from their country’s Competent Authorities and from the local Authority (MEPA) for the handling of the specific waste streams. In any case, transport of waste must be carried out by a registered waste carrier and export of waste must be done according to the Trans Frontier Shipment of Waste Regulations.

Before any loading of positive fractions, full payment by the bidder in accordance to quantity being loaded shall be effected in favour of the Company. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, the Company may, at its sole discretion grant credit arrangements, to be determined by the Company. In case of negative fractions, a credit period of 120 days shall apply.

Closing date shall be Friday, 29th May, 2015, at 10.00 a.m. Purchase order forms are to be deposited in the Tender Box at the SAWTP Head Office, in a sealed envelope and addressed as “Sales of Recyclables”. The Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector (MCVS), responsible to organise activities under the VO Fund according to the VO Act (Cap. 492) of the 11th December, 2007, is requesting the Expression of Interest for the Provision of Training and Mentoring/Consultation.

Conditions and specifications for Request for Quotation for the Provision of Training and Mentoring/Consultation:

 The Training Service is required for the following topics:

1. Finance for non-Finance Managers

2. Effective Fundraising Practice, Fundraising Strategy and Events management

3. Strategic Volunteer Management

4. Proposal Writing and budgeting - Developing Your Skills

5. Designing and Managing Fixed Term Projects in Voluntary Organisations

6. Personal Power in Leadership: Creating the Climate for Success

7. Communications and Campaigning

8. Legal Obligations and Implications of a Voluntary Orgainsation

9. Accessing EU and Local Funding

 Specifications:

Sessions duration: 2 - 3 hours each

Session days: Saturday Mornings  from 9.00 a.m. till noon or weekdays evenings from 6.00 p.m. till 9.00 p.m.

Participants: Maximum of 40 per session - Minimum 10 persons

 The Mentoring/Consultation Service is required for the following topics:
