The Commissioner of Land notifies that:  

Sealed tenders in respect of the following advertisements have to be dropped in the Tender Box at the Land Department, Auberge de Baviere, Valletta by 10.00 a.m. on Thursday, 22nd December, 2016.

Call for Proposals
 
Pre-announcement for calls for project proposals under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund 2014-2020
 
As the responsible authority for the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, the Funds and Programmes Division (MEAIM) would like to pre-announce the launching of the sixth call for project proposals under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund in 1st quarter 2017.
 

The Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) 2014-2020 promotes the efficient management of migration flows as well as the implementation, strengthening and development of a common Union approach to asylum and immigration.

The calls for project proposals will target the National Objective for asylum and reception, which focuses on the renovation of open centres and the integration of asylum seekers. The call will also target the national objective for integration, aimed at providing the necessary linguistic ability and cultural awareness to third country nationals in order to ameliorate their integration in our society and will also cover cooperation measures with third countries vis-a-vis return management as part of the national objective for return measures.
 
 
A total of €2,000,000.00 in EU funds will be made available. The responsible authority reserves the right to revise the allocation according to the needs identified.

FOUNDATION FOR TOMORROW’S SCHOOLS

Provision of Legal Services

The Foundation for Tomorrow’s Schools (FTS) is requesting proposals for the provision of Legal Services in connection with the FTS operational activities from reputable legal firms with the necessary experience and resources to undertake such a task.

In the first instance, interested legal firms are to communicate with the FTS, at the email address shown below, by latest noon (CET) of Friday, 23rd December, 2016, expressing their interest to undertake the task.


Once this initial communication takes place, the FTS will forward a process letter inviting the interested legal firms to submit their proposal.  The process letter will explain the selection criteria and procedure to be followed by the interested legal firms for the formulation and submission of their proposals.  Proposals in response to the process letter shall be received by the FTS in writing at the address shown below by not later than noon (CET) of Wednesday, 11th January, 2017.
