The Directorate for Services and Initiatives within the MEIB would like to receive offers in connection with the lease of office space.
 
Offers, in a sealed envelope, are to be deposited in the offer box at Millennia Buildings, Level 1, Triq Aldo Moro, Marsa, by Friday, 12th February, 2016, at noon CET.
 
Offers are to include:
 
Plans certified by an architect
Copy of MEPA permits
Certification of ownership
Permit to lease property for office use
Rate per annum, for a period of five (5) years, which may be renewed for two further periods of one (1) year each
 
In order to be considered eligible, premises must:
 
Comply with the Access for All Design Guidelines, KNPD
House 50 – 60 people with sufficient desk space
Comprise three common rest rooms, (3 for women and 3 for men)
Comprise three storage areas for supplies (approximate 50 square meters each storage)
