Call for Quotations for Venue for Two (2) Net-QAPE
Seminars as part of Erasmus+ Project
‘Consolidating Quality Assurance and Validation
in Higher Education in Malta’

The National Commission for Further and Higher Education (NCFHE) is inviting quotations for the provision of a venue to organise two (2) meetings of the Network of Quality Assurance Professionals in Further and Higher Education (Net-QAPE). These meetings are to take place in mid-October 2017 (Activity A) and mid-December 2017 (Activity B).

Quotations are to be provided separately on a per person basis. 

Minimum level of facilities: 4 star
Venue is to be made available at least 1.5 hours before start of event for setting up;
Availability of free parking space for all attendees at the same time within the venue itself, five (5) of which will be reserved for NCFHE staff;
Venue shall have full accessibility and facilities to persons with disabilities in line with the Guidelines set by the National Commission for Persons with Disability.


Specifications for Activity A:

One (1) conference room with classroom style set-up for about 90 persons (final number will be confirmed 24 hours before date of event) with;

Top table with 3 chairs;
Registration table;
1 screen and 1 data projector connectable to laptop on top table;
1 microphone on top table, 2 roving microphones;
Water, mints, notepads and pen/pencil per pack;
Welcome coffee, tea, juice, biscuits and sandwiches (including gluten-free and vegetarian options);

Coffee and tea available at the back of the room throughout;
Full day event;

Specifications for Activity B:
