Lot 2. Small Rectangular Bales of dry whole wheat straw (not threshed) to be used as fodder of circa 15-20 kilogrammes each.

The quoted fodder must be as specified in the Lots mentioned above and according to the anexed conditions with the application documents. Suppliers can offer quotes on how many lots they wish and lots will be considered separately.

Quantity One (1) - Networked A3 heavy duty multifunction monochrome laser printer/copier (minimum 95 to 110 ppm) including starter toners covering 2000 prints. To be installed on the network and configured at the DOI Front-office within the Naxxar Counting Complex. MFP may also be required to be configured on any of the above machines.

Approximate 3 seconds per page transmission speed and fax modem speed of 33.6Kbps. 2 fax machines to be installed at the Counting Hall and another 2 fax machines to be installed at the DOI Office, both areas within the Naxxar Counting Complex.

Supply and installation of circa thirty (30) 5 meters length UTP Cat 5E Ethernet Cables ( to be patched at the wall port side) and thirty (30) 1 meter length UTP Cat 5E Ethernet Cables (to be patched at the patch panel side) within the below areas at the Naxxar Counting Complex:

Supplier is to guarantee immediate identical equipment replacement in less than one hour whenever the need arises or is instructed to do so by the Department.

Installation of LAN from Monday, 22nd May, 2017.

LAN to be commissioned by Friday, 26th May, 2017.

IT Equipment is to be installed on Wednesday, 31st May, 2017 and commissioned by midnight.

Removal of Equipment and LAN on Tuesday, 6th June, 2017 from noon onwards.

Supplier should note that although the premises will be under lock and key it is advisable that the leased equipment is appropriately insured. The Department will not be held responsible for any damages or theft of the leased equipment.
