Economic operators interested in participating in these current calls for tender are urged to take note of the workhops being organised by the Department of Contracts.  During these workshops, simulations will be carried out so that economic operators familiarise themselves with compiling and submitting their tender online. More information is available in the tender document. These workshops are ONLY intended to economic operators that intend to submit an offer for these tenders: other prospective operators are invited to attend one of the information sessions currently being organised by the Department of Contracts that give an overview of the new electronic procurement procedures.

a. the organisation of two (2) public dialogues, one (1) in Malta and one (1) in Gozo, to commemorate and evaluate the first ten years of Malta’s membership in the European Union within the general context of the ‘Europe 2020’ Strategy.

The Malta-EU Steering and Action Committee (MEUSAC) is issuing a call for tenders for the provision of services for the printing, insertion and circulation of an eight-page, tabloid size, MEUSAC Newsletter in full colour. MEUSAC will commission a reputable individual or firm for the printing of twelve (12) editions of a newsletter (22,000 copies per edition), to be published as per schedule and technical specifications included in the tender dossier. The newsletter is scheduled to be published monthly throughout the year 2014 and circulated with an English language newspaper published on a Saturday.
 
The successful tenderer shall also be required to provide evidence of his capacity to print, insert and circulate the MEUSAC newsletter around Malta and Gozo as indicated in the Call for Tenders. The design of the newsletter will be provided by MEUSAC.
