MEUSAC will commission a reputable individual or firm for the printing of twelve (12) editions of a newsletter (22,000 copies per edition), to be published as per schedule and technical specifications included in the tender dossier. The newsletter is scheduled to be published monthly throughout the year 2014 and circulated with an English language newspaper published on a Saturday.

The selected bidder will be responsible for the:
 
supply of  one thousand, two hundred and fifty (1,250) drawstring backpacks; and
printing of a graphic design on the drawstring backpacks related to the cartoon characters ‘Tommy and Rosy’.
 
The selected bidder will be provided with the design to be printed. However, the bidder will be responsible for carrying out all the necessary adjustments as well as for the editing and printing of the requested items.
