This site is primarily intended to ensure that the obligations of the Services Directive as transposed into Maltese law by the Services (Internal Market) Act /2009 (PDF), are met and will therefore provide information as well as the facility for online applications for authorisations, permits or warrants for those service activities to which the Directive applies. This service will be further extended to include other sectors and e-Government services.
