By a decree of the Courts of Magistrates (Malta) of 3rd March, 2020, the publication of the following banns which appear hereunder was ordered for the purpose of service in terms of Article 931(3) of the Code of Organisation and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12).

By a decree given by the Courts of Magistrates (Malta) it was ordered that on an application of GO plc for the selection of Deputy Curators to represent the absent Gloteanu Iulian in the application number 220/19VGA and in other relative and subsequent acts where they demanded:
That the respondent pays the applicant company the sum of €5407.53 in connection with services rendered gathered in the account number 40791452.
With costs, including the professional fees, and with legal interest from the date of filing of this case, against the respondent who is hereby summoned so that a reference to his oath can be made.

By means of a decree given by this Court on the 13th February, 2020, following a request by HSBC Bank Malta plc it was ordered that deputy curators be chosen to represent the unknown heirs of the late Maneri Filippo (ID 526944A) in the records of the garnishee order number 225/2020 in the names HSBC Bank Malta plc vs Deputy Curators and in the other relative and subsequent acts.
By means of a Garnishee Order filed on 12th February, 2019, in the First Hall of the Civil Court in the names HSBC Bank Malta plc (C 3177) vs deputy curators to represent the unknown heirs of the late Maneri Filippo (ID 52694A), the applicant HSBC Bank Malta plc (C 3177) respectfully requested:
That this Court orders the issue of a garnishee order to be executed on the garnishee or garnishees as herein after mentioned against the debtor for the debt herein mentioned and for the costs of this procedure, as security for the debt herein after indicated:
