By decree given by the Civil Court, First Hall on the 11th March, 2020, on the application of Citadel Insurance p.l.c (C 21550), Tuesday, 2nd June, 2020, at half past ten in the morning (10.30 a.m.), has been fixed for the sale by auction to be held in room number 78, near the Archives, Level -1, Courts of Justice, Triq ir-Repubblika, Valletta of the following property.

 

Apartment on the sixth (6th) floor numbered nine B (9B) forming part of a block of ten apartments and underlaying shop, which block is named “Scira Court", situated in number fifty-eight (58), Triq Rudolfu, Tas-Sliema. The said apartment has, in common with other apartments in the same block, hallway, the staircase and the stair shaft, the stairway sills, the roof, drainage system, the elevator and relative machinery, lift shaft, intercom, and in general those parts, services and all the commodities intended for the common parts, free and unencumbered with all its rights and enjoyments, and as per contract by Notary Clyde La Rosa dated twenty-second (22nd) of March, one thousand nine hundred and ninety-three (1993). The apartment is subject to rent to third parties and is valued at three hundred and thirty-five thousand euro (€335,000).

 

Apartment marked number seven (7) situated on the first floor level, underlaying another apartment internally marked with number twelve (12) belonging to third parties property, forming part of a block of apartments and underlaying garages named “The Pines", in New Street off Swieqi Road, Swieqi, limits of San Ġiljan, which block is bounded on the North East by the said street, North West by a new street currently unnamed, and East by successors in title of Thomas Fenech. The said block was built on a divided portion of land of contiguous three plots marked as plots number one (1), two (2) and three (3) on the plan annexed as per contract of Notary Marco Burlò dated twenty-fifth (25th) of June, one thousand, nine hundred and ninety-nine (1999), which divided portion of land forms part of land known as “Tas-Sidra". The apartment is subject to rent to third parties and is valued at two hundred and twenty thousand euro (€220,000).

 

One bedroom studio apartment, internally numbered two (2), situated on the second floor level of a block of seven (7) apartments number three (3) named “Todd Flats", in Triq Bisazza, Tas-Sliema. The apartment will be sold with its back terrace and has, in common with the other six (6) apartments in the same block entrance, the staircase and the stairwell and the roof, free and unencumbered, with all its rights and enjoyments, with unknown boundaries. The apartment is subject to rent to third parties and is valued at three hundred and eighty-five thousand euro (€385,000).

 

The said tenement is the property of Galea Edgar (ID 38242M) and Galea Dorothy (ID 565244M).

 

N.B. The said tenement will be sold as described in the acts of judicial sales number 41/2018.

By means of a decree given by this Court on the 7th February, 2020, following a request by HSBC Bank Malta plc it was ordered that deputy curators be chosen to represent the company Events Travel & Incentives Limited in the acts of the judicial letter number 394/2020 in the names HSBC Bank Malta plc vs Deputy Curators and in the other relative and subsequent acts.

 

By means of a judicial letter filed in the First Hall of the Civil Courts on the 4th February, 2020, HSBC Bank Malta plc (C 3177) of 32, Triq il-Merkanti, Valletta against deputy curators to represent Events Travel & Incentives Limited (C 13049) of 206, Triq it-Torri, Tas-Sliema, HSBC Bank Malta plc refers you to the contract of  constitution of debt  with the interpellant  in the acts of Notary Doctor Joseph Tabone, dated 27th August, 2009, rendered executable in terms of Article 258 by means of a decree of the 17th December, 2019, and calls upon you so that within seven days you pay the sum of  €651,835.81, representing the sum of  €434,186.78 as the capital and as for the sum of €217,649.03 as interest due on the capital till the 30th January, 2020, which sum is due in terms of the same contract besides further legal interest per year on the capital sum from the 31st January, 2020, till the date of effective payment.

 

In default of payment, the interpellant bank informs you that further action will be taken against you in Court in execution of its executive title without any further notice.
