Thus, in view of the above, the interpellants solicit you so that within one week from the service of this judicial letter as the universal heirs of the same deceased, Lucia Sultana (ID 0057432G) who died on the 1st April, 2019, as well as her brother Carmelo Sultana (ID 0032636G) who died on the 8th September, 2020, and both resided at number 22, Angela Isqajjaq Street, Ħal Tarxien, come forward for the liquidation and payment of all the services above referred to by the interpellants individually to the deceased brothers Sultana during their lives.

In default, the interpellants will have no alternative but to proceed against you legally and judicially to safeguard all their interests and rights including by means of the opportune warrants.

This judicial letter is being sent in terms, for all intents and purposes of law, including those of Article 2156 of the Civil Code (Cap. 16 of the Laws of Malta).

So much so that you may know how to regulate yourselves and avoid further costs.

By means of a decree of the 26th July, 2023, by the Rent Regulation Board, in the records of the Warrant of Eviction number 693/2023 in the names (applicant) Johanna Zammit et vs (respondent) Raymond Dark the following publication was ordered for the purpose of service of the respondent Raymond Dark in terms of Article 187(3) et sequitur of the Code of Organisation and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12).
