Expression of Interest for Invigilation Services
The Department of Examinations within the Ministry for Education Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation accepts applications from interested applicants to perform the role of Invigilators during MATSEC and/or other local and/or foreign examinations.
Prospective applicants need to be computer literate. Applicants are kindly requested to provide a police conduct certificate issued not earlier than three (3) months prior to application.
Retired educators, school administrators and tertiary level students are encouraged to apply. Invigilation sessions will be held either during the morning or/and afternoon and applicants can work in a flexible manner according to their time and availability. Applicants with educator's experience such as teachers, LSEs, KGEs, etc., may be assigned reader, prompter or scribe duties according to the exigencies of the Department.
Necessary training will be provided to the selected applicants. Interested applicants are kindly requested to submit the online application attaching a CV and Police conduct through the Department of Examinations website (https://myexams.gov.mt/mt/applications/).
The deadline for the applications is Saturday, 30th December, 2023. Late applications received after this date will be considered however, first preference is given to the applications received by set deadline.
