In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 113 of the Civil Code (Cap. 16), the Minister for Justice has made this Order whereby the Adoption Order dated 16th of June, 2022, issued by Judge Manish Kumar Thakur, Family Court Jagdalpur in India is being specified as an adoption of the person therein mentioned for the purposes of Articles 113, 130 and 130A of the Civil Code.

Whereas by the provisions of section 71 in accordance with the Government Lands Act (Cap. 573) of the Laws of Malta, the Board of Governors of the Lands Authority can for public purposes, declare that the land is subject to clearance rights or subsoil rights.
