The Commissioner of Police hereby notifies that in terms of Subsidiary Legislation 65.05 and Subsidiary Legislation 65.13, the streets listed hereunder are to be classified as Tow Zones.
In virtue of Section 52 (1) of the Traffic Regulations (Chapter 65). The Commissioner of Police hereby notifies that the transit and stopping of vehicles through the streets mentioned hereunder may be prohibited on the dates and times indicated.
Tal-Pietà
On Friday, 25th April, 2025, from noon to 5.00 p.m., near the Nationalist Party headquarters in Triq Herbert Ganado and Triq Joe Gasan.
Clearance is required in front of the Nationalist Party headquarters.
Closure of streets will take place as required and public transport will be affected.
Munxar
On Friday, 25th April, 2025, till 2.00 a.m. of Saturday 26th April, 2025, through Triq l-Isqawi and Triq it-Tempju Megalitiku.
Public transport may be affected.
Ħal Qormi
On Sunday, 27th April, 2025, from 6.00 a.m. to noon, through Triq San Bastjan in front of the former church, Triq Santa Marija and Triq San Bartolomew.

On Saturday, 26th April, 2025, from 6.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m., through Pjazza Kastilja and Triq SantʼUrsula from Pjazza Kastilja to Triq il-Batterija and Triq Melita.
Public transport (Valletta circular bus) will not be affected.
Closure of streets will take place as required.
On Wednesday, 30th April, 2025, from 5.00 p.m. to midnight, through Triq Ġilormu Cassar between Pjazza Kastilja and the War Memorial, all of Pjazza Kastilja, all of Triq Papa Piju V, all of Central Bankʼs parking area and in front of Malta Stock Exchange.
Public transport (Valletta circular bus) will not be affected.
Closure of streets will take place as required.
Mosta
On Thursday, 1st May, 2025, from 4.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m., no parking and traffic is allowed in Triq l-Oratorju. Pjazza Rotunda, Triq il-Bażilika, Triq il-Ħtajriet, Triq San Anton, Pjazza Dun Anġ Camilleri and Triq l-Oratorju will be temporarily closed.
Mostaʼs square will close at 6.45 p.m. till the passing by of the procession and will reclose from around 8.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.
Public transport will be affected.
Ħal Kirkop
On Friday, 2nd May, 2025, from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m., through Triq San Benedittu, Misraħ Ħal Kirkop, Triq il-Parroċċa u Pjazza San Leonardu.

On Friday, 2nd May, 2025 from 7.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m., through Triq il-Kbira, Triq id-Duluri, Triq Dun Mikiel Xerri, Triq Pawlu Balzan, Triq it-Twila, Triq Paris, Triq Tumas Dingli, Triq l-Għasfura and Triq Santa Marija till near Ħal Muxiʼs church.
Closure of streets will take place as required and public transport will not be diverted.

On Sunday, 4th May, 2025, from 8.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., Triq il-Kbira San Ġużepp, Triq Santa Marija, Triq San Gejtanu, Triq id-Duka taʼ Edinburgh/Atocia, Triq Ħal Qormi and near the parish church will be cleared;
On Sunday, 4th May, 2025, from 12.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m., Pjazza San Pawl and Triq il-Kbira San Ġużepp till the society band will be cleared.
Closure of streets will take place as required and public transport will be affected.
Żurrieq
On Sunday, 4th May, 2025, from 5.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m., through Triq Pietru Pawl Saydon, Triq il-Ħaddiema, Triq l-Inġiniera, Triq iċ-Ċombini, Triq il-Kbira and Misraħ ir-Repubblika.

Xagħra (Gozo)
On Sunday, 4th May, 2025, from 3.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m., through Triq Maria Bambina, Vjal it-8 taʼ Settembru, Pjazza l-Vittorja, Triq it-28 taʼ April 1688, Triq San Ġużepp, Triq il-Knisja and Pjazza SantʼAnton.

Santa Venera
On Monday, 12th May, 2025, from 6.00 a.m. to noon, the four parking spaces at MITA in Triq iż-Żonqor will be cleared.
Closure of streets will take place as required and public transport will be affected.
