The Ta' Xbiex Local Council notifies that on Friday, 20th January, 2023 till Sunday, 22nd January, 2023, part of the parking area of the Yacht Marina will not be available for parking due to an activity being held. The entrance on the side of the Royal Malta Yacht Club will be closed and there will be signs where no parking is allowed.

Works are to commence the soonest possible and follow the timeline issued by the Agency's appointed architect. The applicant must work concurrently with other contractors.

Furthermore, the applicant must confirm that works will be carried out by the awardee, as no subcontracting is allowed.
