*Advt No. 1. Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €10,500 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of three thousand and five hundred Euros (€3,500) per annum will not be considered. This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.

*Advt No. 2. Lease for a period of fifteen (15) years of a Garage tale quale without its own airspace at Premises 'B' Triq it-Tabib Anton Tabone, Rabat, Gozo as shown edged in red and described in detail on the plan P.D.2022_0191. Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €5,625 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of one thousand and eight hundred and seventy-five Euros (€1,875) per annum will not be considered. This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.

*Advt No. 3. Lease tale quale for a period of fifteen (15) years for commercial purposes of the Premises at No. 177, Xatt l-Għassara tal-Għeneb, Floriana, as shown edged in red and in detail on the plan P.D.145G_2000_177. Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €38,250 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of twelve thousand and seven hundred and fifty Euros (€12,750) per annum will not be considered. This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender document.

*Advt No. 4. Lease tale quale, on a year to year basis, for agricultural purposes, of a site at Land at Ta' Xaghri, Marsaskala, shown edged in red on plan P.D.2019_0358. This site is subject to existing servitudes in favour of the adjacent properties. The bidders must be either full-time or part-time farmers, who have to submit a certificate, issued by the Department of Agriculture with the tender document or students who have completed successfully an academic course relating to agriculture within the previous five years prior to the introduction of the Legal Notice No. 573.06 who have to submit a copy of the relevant certificate also with the tender documents. Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €1,000 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of two hundred and forty-eight Euro (€248) per annum will not be considered. This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender document.
