This property is being offered by tender in its present state including any latent defects. Lease, for the remaining period of the present lease which ends on the 14th March, 2024, of the bare shop tale quale at No. 1, Triq Hal Tarxien at Tal-Mithna Housing Estate, Gudja, as shown edged in red on plan P.D.19_83_7_2. The present tenant does not want to remain in the lease and an interested third party is ready to assume the remaining term of this lease. The interested third party has been reserved the right of first refusal as per Article No. 3 (1) of Legal Notice 573.02. The present tenant does not want to remain in the lease and an interested third party is ready to assume the remaining term of this lease. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €12,600 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of four thousand and two hundred euro (€4,200) per annum will not be considered.This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. Advt No. 23. Sale tale quale of a site at Triq San Mikiel, Fgura, as shown edged in red and in described in detail on the plan P.D.2015_0991_1. This site is the airspace of a substation which is from the height of sixteen (16) courses (filati) upwards. This site is subject to the following conditions from Enemalta: The substation structure shall not be altered and a separate independent structure shall roof over the substation; the ventilation mechanisms of the substation shall not be altered unless agreed by Enemalta; the substation shall remain operational at all times. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €7,200 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of seventy-two thousand euro (€72,000) will not be considered. This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender document.

Advert No. 24. Lease for a period of fifteen (15) years for commercial purposes of the premises tale quale in its present state including any latent defects at No.69b, Triq Zekka, Valletta, as shown edged in red on the plan P.D.49_2004_1. This premises is subject to existing servitudes in favour of adjacent properties. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €10,800 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of three thousand and six hundred euro (€3,600) per annum will not be considered. This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender document.

Initiative under EAFRD 2014-2020 Sub-measure 4.4 Support for Non-productive Investments Linked to the Achievement of Agri-environment Climate Objectives

The Agency for the Governance of Agricultural Bioresources within the Ministry for Agriculture, Fisheries and Animal Rights notifies farmers registered with the Agriculture and Rural Payments Agency that it is offering a service for the restoration of rubble walls. Registered farmers can register their interest with the Agency to benefit from 'Sub-measure 4.4 Support for non-productive investments linked to the achievement of agri-environment-climate objectives, notably, sub-measure – Building and Restoration of Dry Stone and Rubble walls'. This service will facilitate the individual who wishes to apply for this measure both at the application stage and during the implementation stage.
