Advt No. 25. Grant on a perpetual revisable emphyteusis of a site tale quale at Triq il-Kaffis, Swieqi, as shown edged in red on the plan P.D. 2014_487_1_A. The winning bidder has the chance to redeem this emphyteusis within the first fifteen (15) years after a revision according to the rate of inflation as explained in detail in the emphyteutical conditions. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €47,553 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of fifteen thousand and eight hundred and fifty-one euro (€15,851) per annum will not be considered. This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.

Grant on a perpetual revisable emphyteusis of a site and structures tale quale in their present state including any latent defects at Triq il-Ferrovija l-Qadima, Birkirkara, as shown edged in red on the plan P.D. 2015_0559. The winning bidder has the chance to redeem this emphyteusis within the first fifteen (15) years after a revision according to the rate of inflation as explained in detail in the emphyteutical conditions. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €19,431 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of six thousand and four hundred and seventy-seven euro (€6,477) per annum will not be considered. This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
Advt No. 27. Lease, for a period of fifteen (15) years, of a garage tale quale without its own airspace at No. 8 'Appartamenti Indipendenza' Triq id-Dawl, Santa Luċija, as shown edged in red on plan P.D.11_82_114. This garage cannot be bought by the garage scheme. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €20,649 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of six thousand and eight hundred and eighty-three euro (€6,883) per annum will not be considered. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for the amount of €23,436 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of seven thousand and eight hundred and twelve euro (€7,812) per annum will not be considered. This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender document.
