The Chief Executive Officer, Lands Authority, notifies that:

Sealed tenders in respect of the following advertisements have to be deposited in the tender box at the Lands Authority, Auberge de Baviere, Valletta, by 10.00 a.m. on Thursday, 28th September, 2023, for:

*Advt No. 44. Lease, for the remaining period of the present lease which ends on the 31st May, 2028, of the bare Shop tale quale No. 116 Civic Centre, Misraħ Paola, Paola, as shown edged in red and marked Shop 116 on plan P.D.69_93_A_2. The present tenant does not want to remain in the lease and an interested third party is ready to assume the remaining term of this lease. The interested third party has been reserved the right of first refusal as per Article No. 3 (1) of Legal Notice 573.02. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €18,900 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of six thousand and three hundred euro (€6,300) per annum will not be considered. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.

*Advt No. 45. This garage cannot be bought by the garage scheme. The winning bidder has the chance to redeem this emphyteusis within the first fifteen (15) years after a revision according to the rate of inflation as explained in detail in the emphyteutical conditions. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €6,695 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of two thousand and two hundred and thirty-one euro and sixty cents (€2,231.60) per annum will not be considered. This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
