The Service Provider shall offer a short term advanced digital skill training course, to support the upskilling and reskilling of the workforce in the Maltese Ecosystem as part of the DiHubMT's services.

The DiHubMT, part of MDIA, has curated a comprehensive catalogue of services designed to support startups and SMEs in their digital transformation journey. As Malta's European Digital Innovation Hub, DiHubMT belongs to a network of hubs established by the European Commission's template, providing essential assistance to accelerate digital transformation.
1. Service Requirements
A comprehensive 4-week learning program (20 hours) at the DiHubMT premises (Twenty20 Business Centre, Triq l-Intornjatur, Zone 3, Central Business District, Birkirkara CBD 3050, Malta), on Advanced 3D Printing technology to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to master advanced 3D printing techniques, including the understanding of 3D printing principles and various printing technologies.
The training course is to delve into the fundamentals of Advanced 3D Printing by:

2. Quotation Requirements:
The service provider shall forward the CV(s) of the person(s) delivering the course.
A detailed outline of the course content, ensuring consistency with the provided sample course descriptor.
A description of the hands-on training approach; including the types of advanced printing techniques covered (multi-material, multi-colour, hybrid manufacturing) and the advanced 3D printing technologies available for hands-on sessions (FDM, SLA, SLS, DMLS, etc.).
3. Quotation Conditions:
This request for quotes is for up to €4980.00 Excl. VAT.
The Service Provider shall attend a 1-hour introductory meeting at DiHubMT upon award of this RFQ.
The Service Provider shall offer flexibility in scheduling training sessions, accommodating both morning and afternoon slots as determined by DiHubMT.
The Service Provider shall incorporate the logos provided by MDIA into all of the course content.
Any software used for the training must be open-source, or the necessary licenses must be supplied by the service provider.
The Service Provider shall submit the course content to DiHubMT for review and approval before delivery.
The service provider shall submit presentation slides and all course materials to DihubMT prior to the commencement of the course.
DihubMT representatives reserve the right to review and implement any necessary amendments to any of the course content.
All course materials provided by the Service Provider to the Malta Digital Innovation Authority (MDIA) shall become the exclusive property of the MDIA upon receipt.
The MDIA reserves the right to decline any offer, even the most advantageous one.
By submitting an offer, the person submitting the quotation is declaring that the person does not fall under any of the grounds listed under Part VI of LN352/2016 (S.L.601.03).
Payment shall be made upon fulfilment of all requirements outlined in this Request for Quotes.
Clarifications can be forwarded up to Friday, 30th May, 2025.
