With reference to Press Release No. 231317 published on Thursday, the 7th of September 2023, the Treasury Department announces the final allotment results of retail subscriptions in each stock.
In this issue, the Treasury received a total nominal amount of €327,115,400 from both retail and wholesale investors against the authorised sum on issue of €260,000,000 subject to an over-allotment option for an additional amount of up to a maximum of €140,000,000.
Subscriptions by Retail Investors
By the closing date at 2.30 p.m. on Tuesday, the 5th of September 2023, the Treasury received 2,600 applications from retail investors in the two Malta Government Stocks amounting to €81,615,400. As announced on Thursday the 7th of September, these applications made under the non-competitive part of the issuance at pre-announced fixed price have been accepted in full. The details of applications received and allotment in each stock is as follows:

By the closing date at noon on Thursday, the 7th of September 2023, the Treasury received 58 bids from wholesale investors in the two stocks having a total nominal value of €245,500,000 which were allocated as follows:
