ACQUISITION OF LAND
DECLARATION BY THE LANDS AUTHORITY
I HEREBY declare that in terms of article 43 of Chapter 573 of the Laws of Malta regarding Government Lands I am revoking the Declaration by the President of Malta published in the Government gazette of the 10th May, 2004, under Notice No. 472.

Description of the Land
The following land at Ħal Qormi:
A plot of land measuring about 287 square metres, bounded on the South and East by a public road and on the North by property of Saviour Agius or more precise boundaries.
With the approval of the Parliamentary Secretary for Planning and the Property Market and as indicated by the Department for Projects Implementation, it was declared that the abovementioned land is no longer required and so this revocation is being made by which the undermentioned land will be iven back to its owners.
The land mentioned above is shown with the colour red on plan L.D. No. 173/99, which may be viewed on demand at the Land Department, Auberge de Baviere, Valletta.
A site plan showing the mentioned immovable property is being published with this declaration.
