Title: Public consultation in relation to the Terms of Reference for an Environmental Impact Assessment for PA/06096/23.
Kindly be advised that the abovementioned development proposal requires an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) as per Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (S.L. 549.46). Information related to the said application can be found on the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) website: https://era.org.mt/era-project/pa-06096-23/.
ERA is formulating Terms of Reference for the preparation of an EIA Report on the development mentioned above. The public is invited to submit written comments on matters it wishes to see included in the terms of reference.
UPDATE: Due to technical issues with the ERA website, certain documents related to this case’s ongoing consultation were temporarily unavailable. In this regard, ERA is extending the consultation period from 23rd April 2024 until 5th May 2024. You are invited to provide comments by not later than 5th May 2024.
