    Kindly be advised that ERA is in receipt of the EIA Report for the development mentioned above, as required by the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (S.L. 549.46). Information related to the proposal and the EIA Report can be found on the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) website: https://era.org.mt/era-project/pa-06096-23/.

    The public is invited to submit written comments on the said documentation, by not later than 9 April 2025.
