By a decree of the Court of Magistrates (Malta) of the 19th November, 2020, the publication of the following extract was ordered for the purpose of service in terms of Article 187(3) et sequitur of the Code of Organisation and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12) on the defendant Andrè Apap.
Etienne Galea (ID 46181M) of Lotus Flats, Flat 8, Triq il-Kunċizzjoni, Żurrieq, filed a Claim on the 16th January, 2020, whereby they asked the Court to condemn Andrè Apap (ID 22789G) of 51, La Mirage, Fl 1, Triq Ġwann Mamo, Iklin, to pay the plaintiff the sum of €7,500 or any other correct amount, which amount is due to the plaintiff.

By means of a decree given by the Civil Court (Family Section) by this Court (AL) on the 15th December, 2020, in the records of the Counter-Warrant in the names Shane Barry Marchant vs Danielle Patricia Baldwin, Counter-warrant number 178/2020, the following publication was ordered for the purpose of service of the respondent Shane Barry Marchant, in terms of Article 187(3) et sequitur of Cap. 12.
By means of an Application, filed, in the Civil Court (Family Section) following the Warrant of Prohibitory Injunction 198/19, issued on the 26th February 2019, in the names Shane Barry Marchant (ID 182053A) vs Danielle Patricia Baldwin (ID 181295A) on the 1st December, 2020, the applicant Danielle Patricia Baldwin, asked this Honourable Court, to order the issuing of the opportune counter warrant for the undermentioned reason,
Reason: That on the 26th February, 2019, this Honourable Court, had upheld the application for the Warrant of Prohibitory Injunction to stop Danielle Baldwin from taking her minor daughter … omissis … outside Malta,
That the interpellant is a woman of English nationality and due to Brexit she was informed by Identity Malta that she shall no longer have a right of residence in this country and she shall have to go to her country till the end of the year 2020.
Thus, the applicant prays this Honourable Court to order the issuing of the opportune counter-warrant.
