Conservation of Wild Birds Funding Scheme
IN terms of Regulation 31 of the Conservation of Wild Birds Regulation S.L. 549.42, the Minister for Sustainable Development, the Environment and Climate Change has published a call for proposals under the Conservation of Wild Birds Fund, which offers financial support in the form of grants to registered non-governmental organisations active within the domain of conservation of wild birds. Financial support under the fund is available for projects that directly contribute to the conservation of wild birds, in accordance with the priorities of this funding scheme, and in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the guidelines. Application form and guidelines can be found on the VO portal (www.vofunding.org.mt) which may also be accessed from (
www.environment.gov.mt) and (
www.agriculture.gov.mt). Applications should be sent electronically through the VO funding portal (www.vofunding.org.mt) by noon of the 1st September, 2017. Late applications shall not be accepted.
