RELEASE OF LAND
Declaration by the LANDS AUTHORITY
Whereas by the Declaration of the Governor General of the 29th August, 1969, published in the Government Gazette of the 19th September, 1969, under Government Notice No. 762, the Governor General had declared that a plot of land measuring 1 Tomna, 2 Sigħan and 6.4 Kejliet, bounded on the North North East by Triq Santa Venera, on the South South West by property of Ms Mary Grech and others and on the East South East by property of Mr Anthony Pace, was required by the competent Government for a public purpose in accordance with the provisions of the Land Acquisition (Public Purposes) Ordinance (Cap. 88), and whereas part of this land is no longer so required, I hereby declare for all intents and purposes of law that the undermentioned land is no longer required by the competent authority for a public purpose and also according to the Government Lands Act (Cap. 573) of the Laws of Malta.

The following land in Santa Venera:
A plot of land measuring 92 square metres, bounded on the North and on the North West by Government property and on the South by property of unknown owners or more precise boundaries.
The abovementioned land is shown marked with the colour blue on plan P.D.31_99_1, which may be viewed on demand at the Lands Authority, Auberge de Baviere, Valletta.
