JUVENILE COURT ACT (CAP. 287)
Sittings of the Juvenile Court
IT is notified that, in exercise of the powers as provided by sub-article (2) of article 5 of the Juvenile Court Act (Cap. 287), the Minister responsible for Justice is hereby giving notice that the 'Ċentru Ħidma Soċjali, Triq il-Kbira San Ġużepp, Santa Venera' shall continue to be the designated place where sittings of the Juvenile Court, in its capacity as a Court of Magistrates as a Court of Criminal Judicature, are to be held. With effect from 15th March, 2021, the Minister responsible for Justice has approved that the Juvenile Court sittings related to proceedings in terms of the Minor Protection (Alternative Care) Act, Chapter 602 of the Laws of Malta, shall hold its sitting at the Law Courts in Valletta, except for those sittings that are by law to be held in the Children's House in terms of article 15(2) of the Minor Protection (Alternative Care) Act.

RELEASE OF LAND
Declaration by the LANDS AUTHORITY
Whereas by the Declaration of the President of Malta of the 23rd November, 1989, published in the Government Gazette of the 30th November, 1989, under Government Notice No. 697, the President of Malta had declared that a plot of land measuring 727 square metres, including an overlying room, bounded on the North and South West by a public road and on the West by property of Joseph Attard and others, was required by the competent Government for a public purpose in accordance with the provisions of the Land Acquisition (Public Purposes) Ordinance (Cap. 88), and whereas part of this land is no longer so required, I hereby declare for all intents and purposes of law that the undermentioned land is no longer required by the competent authority for a public purpose and also according to the Government Lands Act (Cap. 573) of the Laws of Malta.

A plot of land measuring 53 square metres, bounded on the West by a public road and on the South by property of unknown owners or more precise boundaries.
The abovementioned land is shown marked with the colour blue on plan P.D.165_89_3, which may be viewed on demand at the Lands Authority, Auberge de Baviere, Valletta.

In virtue of Article eighteen (18) of Legal Notice 291 of 2018, the Agency for Infrastructure Malta hereby gives official notice of its intention to complete the formation of:

Any person who is obliged by law to form said road (including by acquiring land necessary for the same formation) has fifteen (15) days from the date of the publication of this notice within which to comply with his obligations at law. In default, the Agency for Infrastructure Malta shall itself proceed with the formation of this road in accordance with its powers at law and at the expense of those persons whose obligation it is to form the road.
The Agency for Infrastructure Malta notifies that from 5th March, 2021 to 31st December, 2021, no parking will be permitted in Triq il-Freżja, Santa Luċija, due to road works.
The Agency for Infrastructure Malta notifies that from 5th March, 2021 to 30th September, 2021, no parking will be permitted in part of Triq Ġorġ Zahra, part of Triq Indrì Micallef and Triq Wiġi Briffa, Ħal Luqa, due to road works.
The Agency for Infrastructure Malta notifies that from 5th March, 2021 to 30th September, 2021, no parking will be permitted in part of Triq E. Grech, Żurrieq, due to road works.

Parking of vehicles is not allowed during these days. Vehicles found in contravention to the order of this notice are liable to be towed.
