PERIOD OF QUARANTINE ORDER AND TRAVEL BAN (EXTENSION TO ALL COUNTRIES) ORDER
THIS Government Notice is being published in terms of the Period of Quarantine Order (article 2 of Subsidiary Legislation 465.13) and Travel Ban (Extension to All Countries) Order (article 2 of Subsidiary Legislation 465.26).
Persons who are in possession of a vaccination certificate which is issued in that official form, and with regards a vaccine, recognised and approved by the Superintendent of Public Health, may also travel to and from Malta is from the list of countries which is being revised as follows:

Bosnia and Herzegovina
Bhutan
Fiji
Jamaica
Georgia
Faroe Islands
Kosovo
Kazakhstan
North Macedonia
Montenegro
Moldova
Vietnam
Egypt
Iran
Libya
Panama
Qatar
Cuba
Serbia
Taiwan
Albania
Armenia
Azerbaijan
Saudi Arabia
United Kingdom
Ukraine
French Polynesia
United States of America but only limited to the following states: American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Republic of Marshall Islands, Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Virgin Islands, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, Utah, Alabama, Colorado, Guam, Indiana, Montana, u Kansas

This Government Notice is being published in terms of Article 2 of Legal Notice 229, Conditions to be imposed on Persons Travelling to and from Malta Order, 2021.
As from the 30th June, 2021, the Superintendent of Public Health is recognising and accepting the following vaccination certificates:
“United Kingdom - Coronavirus (COVID-19) Vaccination confirmation: TWO doses received”
As from the 1st July, 2021, the Superintendent of Public Health is recognising and accepting the following vaccination certificates:
“EU Digital COVID Certifcate (Vaccination Certifcate)”
