In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 113 of the Civil Code (Cap. 16), the Minister for Justice and Governance has made this Order whereby the Adoption Order dated 3rd February, 2021, issued by the Court of District Judge, Tinsukia, India, is being specified as an intercountry adoption of the person therein mentioned for the purposes of Articles 113, 130 and 130A of the Civil Code.

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by regulations 4(3) and 4(4) of the Conservation of Wild Birds (Declaration of the Autumn Hunting Season for Turtle Dove) Regulations, 2021, the Minister for the Environment, Climate Change and Planning in conjunction with the Minister for Gozo, notifies that the overall seasonal bag limit for the Turtle Dove has been reached and that, with immediate effect, the hunting season for the Turtle Dove is closed.
