Azure a bend Argent between a sword palewise of the Same hilted Or and a pair of scales of the Last.

 

For a crest above a helm befitting his degree, with mantling Azure doubled Argent and issuant from a wreath of the colours an owlet close guardant proper, one leg raised supporting an escutcheon quartered Argent and Gules.

 

Motto: EX HOMINE LEX - EX DEO IVSTITIA. The two parts of the motto separated at the centre of the scroll by a mullet Argent bursting forth Or.

(8) Lyons, Michael Chou-Leng Looi, - Canada (G0061)

 

Quarterly,

 

First Or a Chevron Sable between three lions dormant their tails erect Gules (2,1), the whole within a bordure Argent semy of maple leaves of the Third.

 

Second, Argent a lion rampant Sable armed and langued holding a pair of scales all of the Same.

 

Third, Argent a cross Formy Vert

 

Fourth, Barry of six, per pale Azure and Gules, and Argent, the upper four bars each indented in base of one point, the points in bend, in chief a label of three Or.

 

Above the shield is placed the coronet of a baron below three helms. That at dexter of steel, in profile towards the sinister with closed visor and mantling Azure doubled Argent bearing for a crest on a wreath of the liveries a demi-rampant Malaysian tiger Proper armed and langued Gules holding a rod of Aesculapius Sable.

 

That at sinister of steel, in profile with closed visor and mantling Sable doubled Argent bearing for a crest on a wreath of the liveries an arm embowed Proper clutching in its hand in fess a hammer Or.

 

That at centre, as befitting his baronial rank, in profile Argent with visor bars and gorget Or, its mantling Vert doubled Argent bearing for a crest on a wreath of the liveries a demi-lion rampant Sable holding in pale a sword Argent with hilt and pommel Or.

 

For supporters upon a grassy compartment Vert a pair of talbots combatant Sable armed and langued of the Same.
