LAPSE AND REVOCATION OF THE GOLDEN PLOVER LIVE-CAPTURING SPECIAL LICENCES
BY virtue of the powers conferred by regulation 6(2)(c) of the Conservation of Wild Birds (Framework for Allowing a Derogation Opening an Autumn Live-Capturing Season for Song Thrush and Golden Plover), the Minister responsible for the environment, in conjunction with the Minister for Gozo, notifies that the overall seasonal bag limit for Golden Plover has been reached and that, with immediate effect, the Autumn 2023 live-capturing special licences for this species have lapsed and are considered revoked.

The abovementioned land is shown marked with the colour blue on plan P.D. 2021_0635, which may be viewed on demand at the Lands Authority, Auberge de Baviere, Valletta.

Completion of Road Formation and Traffic and Parking Suspension
In virtue of Article eighteen (18) of Legal Notice 291 of 2018, the Agency for Infrastructure Malta hereby gives official notice of its intention to complete the formation of:
Kordin Industrial, Paola (indicated on site plan on page 85).
Vjal Ragusa, Mosta (indicated on site plan on page 86).
Part of Triq Ta' Lanza, Triq John Delia, Ħaż-Żabbar (indicated on site plan on page 87).
Any person who is obliged by law to form said road (including by acquiring land necessary for the same formation) has fifteen (15) days from the date of the publication of this notice within which to comply with his obligations at law. In default, the Agency for Infrastructure Malta shall itself proceed with the formation of this road in accordance with its powers at law and at the expense of those persons whose obligation it is to form the road.
The Agency for Infrastructure Malta notifies that between 12th January, 2024 and 30th June, 2024, it will be starting road works in Kordin Industrial, Paola. Vehicular access and on-street parking in this road may be restricted during certain works. 'No parking' signs authorised by Transport Malta will be affixed on site before such parking restrictions come in force.

Vehicular access and on-street parking in this road may be restricted during certain works.
