Heraldry and Genealogy Regulations
IN terms of the proviso to article 9(2) of the Heraldry and Genealogy Regulations 2021 (L.N. 489 of 2021) (S.L. 445.07), the Chief Herald of Arms of Malta hereby notifies that the persons listed hereunder have applied for the provision/registration of heraldic arms from the Office of the Chief Herald of Arms of Malta.
Anyone is to inform the Chief Herald of Arms of Malta by not later than twenty one (21) days after publication of any valid and cogent representations for or against the application. Such representations shall be addressed to the Registrar either in writing by means of registered mail to the Office of the Chief Herald or electronically by means of email to the email address ([email protected]).

Gules a faceted fillet saltire Or between in chief three escallops (2,1) Or, at dexter issuant from the shield edge a left arm embowed vambraced Argent holding an anchor Argent, at sinister a 2-masted warship Or with sails hoisted Argent bearing nine cannon ports and the inscription “La Liberta" on the hull Sable, its main mast together with the stern each flying to dexter a flag Gules, Argent and Azure, in base a crowned double-headed eagle displayed Or holding a golden tassel in each beak and a mullet in each talon.
Above the shield is a helm befitting his degree with a Cape Or and Gules pleated in chief at both dexter and sinister and bearing an Adelskrone held in its place by two blackamoors clad with feather skirts Gules each standing on the shield, and holding in his outer hand a diagonally placed golden tournament lance with an iron tip.
For a crest, issuant from the Adelskrone between two buffalo horns the one at dexter Or, the one at sinister Gules, two ostrich feathers in saltire, the one at dexter Sable the one at sinister Argent.

NOTARIAL PROFESSION AND NOTARIAL ARCHIVES ACT (CAP. 55)
That by means of a decree, given on Friday 30th May, 2025, and with reference to the application bearing the number 539/2025, the Court of Revision of Notarial Acts, declared that Notary Dr Maria Delia stopped practising her function as a notary.
That as a consequence of the fact that Notary Dr Maria Delia stopped exercising her function as a notary, the Court of Review of Notarial Acts, appointed Notary Dr Sarah Scerri, as notary conservator of the deeds of Notary Dr Maria Delia.
That by the same decree dated 30th May, 2025, the Court of Review of Notarial Acts, ordered The Chief Notary to Government and Archivist, Dr Keith Francis German, to list the name of Notary Maria Delia in the list of names of Notaries who are not exercising their functions.
