It is notified for general information that as enabled by Section 2 of the Public Gardens (Closing) Ordinance (Cap. 34) the Director of Agriculture has approved that the Upper Barrakka Gardens will be closed to the public on Wednesday, 7th October, 2026, and will be under the control of  the Malta Tourism Authority.
