Advt No. 48. Grant on a perpetual revisable emphyteusis of a site tale quale at Triq X. Farrugia, Mqabba, as shown edged in red on the plan P.D. 2011_483_1. The winning bidder has the chance to redeem this emphyteusis within the first fifteen (15) years after a revision according to the rate of inflation as explained in detail in the emphyteutical conditions. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €23,787 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of seven thousand and nine hundred and twenty-nine euro (€7,929) per annum will not be considered. This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
Advt No. 49. Lease, for commercial purposes for a period of fifteen (15) years, of the premises tale quale at No. 19, Triq San Publiju, Floriana, as shown edged in red on plan P.D.2017_0508. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €13,530 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of four thousand and five hundred and ten euro (€4,510) per annum will not be considered. This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
Advt No. 50. Sale tale quale in its present state including any latent defects of the Premises at No. 97, It-Telgħa tar-Rahal Gdid, Paola, as shown on the plan P.D.235_2001. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for the amount of €10,200 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of one hundred and ten thousand euro (€110,000) will not be considered. Advt No. 51. The present tenant does not want to remain in the lease and an interested third party is ready to assume the remaining term of this lease.
