Advt No. 11. Sale tale quale of the premises at No. 6, Sqaq Sant'Elija, Tas-Sliema, as shown edged in red and marked letter 'A' and letter 'B' on the plan P.D.2023_0089_A. The site marked in red with letter 'A consists of level zero (0) and the subterranean only, and the site marked in red with letter 'B' consists of all levels. This property is in a dilapidated state and in need of immediate maintenance. All expenses required to restore this property are to be borne by the winning bidder. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €10,572 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of one hundred and fifty-seven thousand and two hundred euro (€157,200) will not be considered. The airspace of this shop is not included with this tender. This property is being offered in its present state including any latent defects. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €4,350 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of one thousand and four hundred and fifty euro (€1,450) per annum will not be considered. This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
Advt No. 13. Lease tale quale, on a year to year basis, for agricultural purposes, of a site and structures at L-Imwieġel in the limits of Żurrieq as shown edged in red on plan P.D.2019_0075_A. This property may be subject to any existing servitudes. The bidders must be either full-time or part-time farmers, who have to submit a certificate, issued by the Department of Agriculture with the tender document or students who have completed successfully an academic course relating to agriculture within the previous five years prior to the introduction of the Legal Notice No. 573.06 who have to submit a copy of the relevant certificate also with the tender documents. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €1,161 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of three hundred and eighty-seven euro (€387) per annum will not be considered. Call for Proposals for Cultural Partnership Agreement
The Valletta Cultural Agency is inviting companies and organisations to submit their interest in partnering with the Valletta Cultural Agency to enhance the experience of residents and visitors to Valletta, the Capital City, throughout the year.
Partnership Agreements will be valid for three (3) years from the date in which the agreement comes into effect.
This call has the following strand:
Annual free large-scale event in a public space in Valletta
The partnership will provide a stable support for companies and organisations to develop, deliver and help fulfil the VCA's goals in sustaining and strengthening the capital city's vibrant cultural life.
1. FUNDING
Annual free large-scale event in a public space in Valletta.
This fund may cover up to 80% of the total costs up to a maximum of €200,000 (whichever is lower) per year. The VCA will establish a financing programme for beneficiaries following negotiations on the proposed budgetary plans. The VCA reserves the right to award grants based on a fixed allocation for a three-year (3) period or to adjust the awarded amount incrementally without exceeding the 80% co-funding threshold or the maximum allocation of €200,000 (whichever is the lower).
The amount to be awarded is at the discretion of the VCA.
2. ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY
The applicant must be a company or organisation active in the creation of cultural events, with experience in the creative sector and having a registered address in the Maltese Islands.

1. SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be sent via email to ([email protected]) by not later than Wednesday, 7th May, 2025, at noon. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
It is essential that in the same email all relevant additional supporting documents as required by these guidelines and regulations are attached. Documents exceeding 4Mb in size must be sent via a WeTransfer link, which should be included in the submission email. Prospective applicants should also include the signature (electronic signature or scan) as indicated on the application form.
All application forms are to be signed prior to submission. By doing this, applicants are accepting the conditions of the fund as explained in this Call for Proposals and in the application form. Application forms which are not signed will not be accepted.
It is the applicant's responsibility to present a complete application form and submission as explained in these guidelines and regulations. Only completed applications will be evaluated and rated according to the specified selection criteria, with a final score calculated.
