LANDS AUTHORITY

The Chief Executive Officer, Lands Authority, notifies that:

Sealed tenders in respect of the following advertisements have to be deposited in the tender box at the Lands Authority, Auberge de Baviere, Valletta, by 10.00am on Thursday, 15th October, 2026.

Advt No. 23. Lease, for the remaining period of the present lease which ends on the 31st May, 2028, of the bare shop at ground floor only measuring around eighteen decimal point five square metres (18.5 m2) at No. 43, Block No. 3, Triq San Tumas, Floriana, as shown edged in red on plan P.D.2026_0177. This property is being offered as tale quale. The present tenant does not want to remain in the lease and an interested third party is ready to assume the remaining term of this lease. The interested third party has been reserved the right of first refusal as per Article No. 3 (1) of Legal Notice 573.02. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €1,120 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of three hundred and seventy-three euro (€373) per annum will not be considered. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.

Advt No. 24. Lease, for the remaining period of the present lease which ends on the 31st May, 2028, of the bare shop at No. 46, Triq il-Mosta, Naxxar, as shown on the plan L.D.288_88. This property is being offered as tale quale in its present state including any latent defects. The airspace is not included. The present tenant does not want to remain in the lease and an interested third party is ready to assume the remaining term of this lease. The interested third party has been reserved the right of first refusal as per Article No. 3 (1) of Legal Notice 573.02. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €1,000 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of one hundred and eighty-nine euro (€189) per annum will not be considered. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.

The airspace of this garage is not included. This garage cannot be redeemed with any garage scheme for the duration of this lease. Offers below the amount of one thousand and three hundred and thirteen euro (€1,313) per annum will not be considered. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €7,462 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of seventy-four thousand and four hundred and seventeen euro (€74,617) will not be considered. This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.

Advt No. 27. Lease for commercial purposes for a period of fifteen (15) years of the premises, offered as tale quale measuring around twenty-four decimal point seven six square metres (24.76m2) at Shop number seven (7), Triq Santa Margerita, Cospicua, at level zero (0) only as shown edged in red on the plan P.D. 133_86_1_2. The airspace of this premises is not included. Tenders are to be accompanied by a bid-bond for an amount of €2,904 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of nine hundred and sixty-eight euro (€968) per annum will not be considered. This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
