With reference to press release number PR230522, dated 13/04/2023 and in accordance with the Food Safety Act and Regulation (EC) No. 178 of 2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the Environmental Health Directorate within the Superintendence of Public Health wishes to inform the public that following additional information received through the Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF), the below mentioned product must not be consumed by persons allergic or intolerant to lupin protein, as well as almond protein, since it contains traces of almond and lupin protein which are undeclared on the label.
