In accordance with the Food Safety Act and Regulation (EC) No. 178 of 2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the Environmental Health Directorate within the Superintendence of Public Health wishes to inform the public that following information received through the Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed, the below mentioned product must not be consumed since there is the probability that parts from the same product become dislodged and hence may pose a risk of suffocation.

This product is used like a lollipop; top part gets loose and inside there is a stick that is dipped to the inside lower part of the cup, where there is sweet powder. That dipping part can break, and loose plastic particles can end up in a child's mouth.
