The Treasury Department announces the results of the rollover offer launched on the 23rd of February 2024 via Press Release No. PR240294, whereby eligible bondholders of the 62+ MGSB – Issue 2019 (Maturing Bond) were offered the opportunity to rollover their maturing holdings in the new 62+ MGSB – Issue 2024 (New Bond), on the maturity date of the maturing Bond.
There were 11,966 bondholders with a nominal value of €91,557,600, who were eligible to participate in this Rollover. From this amount, the Treasury received a total of 9,446 applications with a nominal value of €72,224,800 from bondholders who elected to rollover their holdings into the new 62+ MGSB – Issue 2024. The effective date of the transaction shall be the 20th of March 2024:
