With reference to Press Release No. 250294 published on the 21st of February 2025, the Treasury Department announces the final results including the details of subscriptions and allotment in each stock by retail investors.
In this issue, the Treasury received a total nominal amount of €602,269,400 from both retail and wholesale investors against the authorised sum on issue of €300,000,000 subject to an over-allotment option for an additional amount of up to a maximum of €150,000,000.
Subscriptions by Retail Investors
By the closing date at 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday the 19th of February 2025, the Treasury received 3,509 applications from retail investors in the two Malta Government Stocks amounting to €147,769,400 nominal. As already announced, these applications which were made under the non-competitive part of the issuance at pre-announced fixed price have been accepted in full.

By the closing date at noon on Friday the 21st of February 2025, the Treasury received 64 bids from wholesale investors in the two stocks having a total nominal value of €454,500,000 which were allotted as follows:
