The Planning Authority is proposing an amendment to the Development Notification Orders (2016) specifically regarding the request for authorization for the Temporary Use of Land for caravans and camps by various government entities such as a Local Council, or any other public entity. This proposed amendment falls within Class 10.
Additionally, the Authority is proposing an amendment to Class 15 which will involve the inclusion of mobile installations for beach management facilities by a Government entity, a Local Council, any other public entity appointed by them, or a registered institution knowledgeable in civil protection.
