Kindly be advised that the abovementioned development proposal requires an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) as per Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (S.L. 549.46). Information related to the said application can be found on the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) website: https://era.org.mt/era-project/pa05888-25/.
ERA is formulating Terms of Reference for the preparation of an EIA Report on the development mentioned above. The public is invited to submit written comments on matters it wishes to see included in the terms of reference.
In this regard, you are invited to provide comments by not later than 9th August 2026.
